ETANAP SAMARIA : THE WATER OF CRETAN WHITE MOUNTAINS

Taking part in different competitions and wining in all of them is a recognition of the efforts that are made in ETANAP S.A. by all its staff. The awards endorse the unique taste of our water and its exceptional quality. We are very proud of our products and we will keep doing our best to safeguard the unique properties of this treasure given by Mother Nature, SAMARIA WATER, the Water of the Cretan White Mountains.

In 2014, more than 120 different water brands from all over the world entered the largest and longest running water tasting competition, in the historic city of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, USA.

ETANAP SA - Samaria won the silver medal in the “Best bottled water” category.

In 2016, ETANAP received an international distinction from the International Institute of Flavor and Quality, a leading organization that aims at testing and promoting food and drinks of superior taste from around the world.

In 2019, for the first time, SAMARIA water took part in the competition held by MONDE SELECTION, the International Quality Institute. Both SAMARIA Still and Sparkling water were awarded with the “Grand Gold Quality Award”. Monde Selection is based in Brussels and has been founded in 1961. Since then its independent experts judge products from different product types with criteria and parameters of global approach. The mission of its scientific committee is to verify the correspondence between the nutritional qualities of a product and the announced commercial claims.

Without forgetting our promise for a fresh water with unique taste, and after a few years of absence from the competition, the International Taste Institute in Brussels awards SAMARIA Still and Sparkling water the “Superior Taste Award”.

In 2020, despite all the adversities due to COVID-19, our water maintained its high standards and won for a third time the “Superior Taste Award” for SAMARIA Still and Sparkling water from the International Taste Institute, while Monde Selection awarded it for a second consecutive year with the “Grand Gold Quality Award”.

Devotion and perseverance to the finest details led to another successful year (2021) with SAMARIA Still and Sparkling water receiving international distinctions from International Taste Institute and Monde Selection.

We welcomed 2022 with another double distinction for both Still and Sparkling water from the International Taste Institute. In April, Monde Selection comes in to seal the deal by presenting SAMARIA Still and Sparkling water with the “Grand Gold Quality Award” for the 4^th consecutive time.
Following the first success and award from Monde Selection Institute is added to the list. Samaria still and sparkling water receive the highest of the distinctions for their quality.
